Today, I had the chance to discuss to a good friend who is working at the European commission and he makes me discover this interesting website : http://www.osor.eu/.
The Open Source Observatory and Repository for European public administrations (OSOR) is a platform for exchanging information, experiences and FLOSS-based code for use in public administrations.
Projects could be interesting to package.
